By creating an account or using Moneux you confirm you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Moneux is a personal finance management application that helps you track income, expenses, debts, investments, and financial goals. The app is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in via Apple Sign-In or Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Data You Provide

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter. By using Moneux you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content.
• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. No Financial Advice

Moneux displays data you provide and offers AI-generated summaries for convenience. Moneux uses OpenAI models to generate these in-app AI summaries and chat responses. Nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All app code, design, and branding are owned by Moneux and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the last-updated date at the top of this page.

12. Apple Standard EULA

If you download or use Moneux through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
